Terms and Conditions
Antizombie by IgniteYou
Version 1.0 · Last updated: 28 October 2026
Privacy Notice: https://igniteyou.online/en/privacy · Versión en español: https://igniteyou.online/es/terms
Please read these Terms carefully. They are a contract between you and us. They explain what you are buying, what you may and may not do with it, how refunds work, and what happens if something goes wrong.
1. Accepting these Terms
1.1. You accept these Terms by checking the acceptance box at checkout and completing your purchase, or by using a seat assigned to you. If you do not accept them, please do not buy or use the Service.
1.2. We keep an electronic record of your acceptance, including the version of these Terms, the date and time, and your order number.
1.3. If anything in these Terms conflicts with the order summary you saw at checkout, the order summary controls on price, plan, and number of seats.
2. Who can use the Service
2.1. Adults 18+ only. The Service, every plan, and every seat are only for people who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
2.2. No one under 18. Anyone under 18 may not buy, register, or use a seat. By buying, registering, or using a seat, you represent that you are 18 or older. If you buy seats for other people, each Seat Holder must also be 18 or older.
2.3. If we learn a user is under 18. We will close that seat and delete that person's personal data, keeping only what the law requires us to keep (such as tax records of the payment). If the person under 18 made the purchase, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount paid to the original payment method. If an adult Buyer assigned a seat to someone under 18, no refund is due for that seat, but the Buyer may reassign it to an adult within 30 days of our notice, and that reassignment does not count toward the 90-day limit in Section 4.3.
2.4. You confirm that the information you give us, including your age and the age of each Seat Holder, is true.
3. What you are buying
3.1. The course. Antizombie is a digital, self-paced educational and personal-development course: videos, modules, exercises, and related materials delivered on the IgniteYou platform. The program's materials include the text of the book ¿Soy zombie?, adapted by the author with images (Section 5.1A). Its purpose is to help you stay human in a fast-changing, technology-driven world. It is not job-loss insurance, an employment or income program, therapy, or a professional certification.
3.2. Core content. The core content is the course's module curriculum as described on the offer page when you bought it. You keep access to the core content for your whole access period, as explained in Section 17.
3.3. Plans, seats, and prices. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and include any taxes we are required to charge, including Mexican IVA for buyers in Mexico. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout. Current plans:
| Plan | Seats | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Personal | 1 seat | USD 195.54 |
| Duo | 2 seats | USD 295.54 |
| Family | 3 seats included | USD 395.54 |
| Extra seat (Family plan only) | 1 additional seat (license) | USD 95.54 each |
Discounts are available only through promotions and discount codes under Section 3.6.
Extra seats are available only for the Family plan. They can be added to a Family order at the time of purchase or later, at the extra-seat price shown when you add them. The Personal and Duo plans cannot be extended with extra seats.
3.3A. Currency and conversion. The charge is made in USD, and the USD total shown at checkout, including taxes, is the amount you pay to us. If your card, bank account, or PayPal balance is in another currency, your bank, card issuer, or PayPal converts the charge at its own exchange rate and may add its own fees. For visitors in Mexico we also show an approximate amount in Mexican pesos (MXN), including IVA, calculated at a recent exchange rate. It is a reference only: the amount debited in pesos depends on your bank's or PayPal's rate on the payment date, and the USD total shown at checkout is the binding total price, including taxes. If you are in Mexico and do not see the MXN reference (for example, because you use a VPN), write to [email protected] and we will tell you the approximate amount before you buy.
3.4. Lifetime access ("Antizombie forever").
(a) What "lifetime" means. "Lifetime access," "forever," and similar words in our offers mean that your access to the Antizombie course lasts for as long as the Antizombie course is offered, by us or by a successor to whom we transfer it (Section 22.3). They refer to the life of the course, not to your lifetime or ours.
(b) Only the Antizombie course. Lifetime access covers only the Antizombie course. Any other course, program, or product offered on IgniteYou.online or elsewhere, including advanced or add-on modules that we clearly label as separate products, is not included and is sold separately.
(c) One-time payment. Lifetime access is bought with a single payment. There are no recurring charges, and nothing renews (Section 8.2).
(d) Platform changes. We may change the platform, app, or website through which the course is delivered. If we do, your access moves with it at no cost to you, with the same seats and at least the core content (Section 3.2) or substantially equivalent content.
(e) Updates. We may update the course as described in Section 17.2. Updates will not remove or materially reduce the core content (Section 17.4).
(f) Future pricing models. If we later sell the Antizombie course by subscription, yearly plan, or any other model, your lifetime purchase stays a lifetime purchase: it is never converted into a subscription, and we will never charge you again for access to the course you bought.
(g) Personal access. Lifetime access belongs to the seats you bought and follows the license rules in Section 4: it is personal and cannot be sold or transferred, except for seat reassignment under Section 4.3.
(h) Limits. Lifetime access ends if access is terminated under Section 18 (breach or fraud), or if the course closes permanently, including because of bankruptcy, concurso mercantil, or another insolvency proceeding (Section 17.6). On a permanent closure, Section 17.6 gives at least 90 days' notice and a limited refund if you bought within the 90 days before we announce the closure.
3.5. Launch offer: lifetime access for a one-time payment. During the launch offer, every plan is sold as lifetime access (Section 3.4) for a single payment, at the price shown at checkout. The launch offer has no fixed end date: it remains valid until we announce its end on our website and in any other media where we advertised it (Section 3.6). Once you have paid, your lifetime access is never affected by the end of the launch offer or by any later change of pricing model (Section 3.4).
3.6. Promotions and discount codes.
(a) Conditions shown with each promotion. Each promotion and each discount code, including codes shared by promoters, affiliates, in ads, or in a pop-up on our website, applies under the conditions published with it: the discount, the eligible plans, and its validity (an end date, a maximum number of uses, or both). If a promotion or code is published without an end date or a maximum number of uses, it stays valid until we announce its end in the same media where it was published.
(b) How the discount is applied. The discount is applied to the price shown at checkout for the plan and seats you choose, and the discounted total, including taxes, is shown before you pay. Only one code can be used per purchase, and codes cannot be combined with other codes or promotions unless the promotion says so.
(c) No cash value. Codes have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for money, sold, or resold, and they cannot be applied to purchases already completed. A code issued to you personally may not be transferred.
(d) Changes going forward. We may change, suspend, or end a promotion or code for future purchases by updating or removing it where it was published. A promotion or code published with an end date or a maximum number of uses will be honored until that date or until those uses run out, except as stated in (e). Changes never affect a completed purchase.
(e) Misuse and fraud. We may refuse or void a code that is used against the conditions published with it, or that was obtained or used through fraud (for example, with false identities or automated tools). If a purchase was obtained through fraud, Section 18 applies.
(f) Promoter and affiliate codes. Promoter and affiliate codes are issued by us, and their conditions are the ones we set and publish. Promoters and affiliates cannot change those conditions. Promoters and affiliates may receive a commission on purchases made with their code.
4. Your license and seats
4.1. Licensed, not sold. When you pay, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course for your own learning, for the number of seats you bought, during your access period. You do not buy ownership of any content.
4.2. One seat, one person. Each seat is for one named person. Logins may not be shared, and one seat may not be used by several people.
4.3. Assigning seats. The Buyer may assign seats to Seat Holders and may move a seat to a different person once every 90 days.
4.4. What you may not do. You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- copy, download, record, screen-capture, or save course videos or materials, except as the law expressly allows for personal use;
- share, publish, upload, stream, sell, rent, lend, or give away any course content or access;
- show the course to people who have not bought a seat, including classes, workshops, groups, or companies;
- use automated tools to access, scrape, or bulk-download the platform;
- get around any access control or content protection;
- use course content, or anything derived from it, to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models;
- remove copyright, trademark, or other notices; or
- use our names, logos, or brands without our written permission.
5. Our intellectual property
5.1. Authorship and ownership. The Antizombie course is created by Bernardo Pérez Vázquez, who is both its author and the Seller. All course content, including videos, audio, texts, slides, exercises, worksheets, designs, software, the expression of the methods and frameworks as presented in the course, and the names "Antizombie" and "IgniteYou" and their logos, belongs to him or to his licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights reserved: any right not expressly granted to you in these Terms is reserved.
5.1A. Based on the author's book. The Antizombie course is based on and inspired by the author's book ¿Soy zombie? (ISBN 978-607-99476-3-7). The author's book for students is ¿Soy zombie? Estudiantes (ISBN 978-607-99576-4-3). The course is an online course. Its materials contain the text of ¿Soy zombie?, which the author has adapted with images into the program's visual materials. No separate copy or file of the book is delivered. This adapted content is part of the Program Materials covered by Section 6 (Confidentiality) and is for the personal use of each seat holder only: you may not copy, share, resell, upload, or otherwise redistribute it. The rights in each book, including its publishing rights, belong to the author and, as applicable, to its publisher.
5.2. These Terms give you no right to use our brands.
5.3. What you submit. If you submit exercise answers, comments, or other material, you keep ownership of it. You give us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display it only as needed to run the Service for you, and in community spaces you post to, for other members.
5.4. Testimonials and marketing. We will use your name, image, voice, or testimonial in marketing only if you give us separate, express consent for that use.
5.5. Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Service, we may use them freely, without payment to you.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. What is confidential. The course content, exercises, videos, frameworks as presented in the course, methods as presented in the course, worksheets, the text of the book ¿Soy zombie? as adapted into the program's materials, and all material shared in members-only or community spaces (together, "Program Materials") are confidential. They are licensed to you only for your personal use under Section 4.
6.2. Your duty. You will keep Program Materials confidential and will not share, record, copy, resell, publish, post, or distribute them, or give anyone else access to them, by any means.
6.3. No teaching or repackaging with our materials. You may not teach, present, or deliver Program Materials to others (for free or for payment), and you may not use Program Materials to create, train, or market a course, program, coaching service, app, AI tool, or other product. This does not stop you from using in your own life, or talking about, the general ideas and skills you learn. It stops you from using our materials to do it.
6.4. Members' privacy. If and when we offer community, group, or live spaces, other members may share personal stories and information there. You must keep what other members share confidential. Do not record, screenshot, copy, repost, or disclose it outside the Service, or use it for any purpose other than taking part in the program. This duty protects other members' personal data and privacy.
6.5. What is not confidential. This section does not cover information that is already public through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully had, or that the law or a competent authority requires you to disclose (in which case disclose only what is required).
6.6. If you breach this section. A breach of this Section 6 is a serious breach of these Terms. We may:
- end your access and all seats in your order immediately, without refund;
- claim compensation for the damages and losses caused, including the minimum compensation set by copyright law where it applies; and
- ask a court or the competent authority for urgent orders to stop the breach, including precautionary measures, and use the infringement procedures available under Mexican copyright and industrial-property law, or the equivalent laws where the breach occurs.
6.7. Survival. This Section 6 continues to apply after your access ends, for any reason.
7. Community and conduct
7.1. If and when we offer community, comment, or live spaces, you agree to treat others there with respect. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate others, post unlawful or explicit content, spam, or advertise.
7.2. We may remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or end access under Section 18.
7.3. Community content from other members reflects their views, not ours.
8. Payments and taxes
8.1. Payment methods and processors. Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link) and by PayPal. You enter your payment details with Stripe or PayPal, not on our forms, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to that step (Stripe: https://stripe.com/privacy · PayPal: https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full). Card data is handled by Stripe or PayPal. We never receive or store your full card number.
8.2. One-time payment. All plans and Family-plan extra seats are one-time payments. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.
8.3. Total price. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you pay, including any taxes we are required to charge. Your bank, card issuer, or PayPal may add their own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees, which are outside our control.
8.4. Invoices. If you need a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI), email us your tax details at [email protected] and we will issue it as Mexican tax rules allow.
8.5. Pricing errors. If a price is shown because of an obvious error, such as a missing digit, we may cancel that order and refund it in full before access is given. Once access is given, the price you paid stands.
8.6. Chargebacks and payment disputes. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or PayPal; most problems are solved quickly. If you open a dispute, we may pause the seats in that order while it is open and share proof of purchase, acceptance, and access with Stripe or PayPal and your bank. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, access is restored. Fraudulent chargebacks are a serious breach of these Terms.
9. Refunds
9.1. First 5 business days: no questions asked. Within 5 business days after your purchase, you can ask for a full refund for any reason, no matter how much of the course you have used.
9.2. Up to 14 days: if under 20% completed. After that and up to 14 calendar days after your purchase, you can ask for a full refund if less than 20% of the course has been completed on the seats in your order, as shown by the platform's progress records.
9.3. After that: final. After 14 days, or after the first 5 business days if 20% or more of the course has been completed, purchases are final. This does not limit any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, including if the Service is not provided as described.
9.4. Multi-seat orders. A refund covers the whole order. Family-plan extra seats bought later have their own 5-business-day and 14-day periods, counted from the date you bought them.
9.5. How to ask. Email [email protected] with your order number. Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or PayPal may take a few more days to show it. Access to refunded seats ends when the refund is issued.
10. Education only: no therapy, no guaranteed results
10.1. The Service is education and personal development. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, counseling, therapy, legal, financial, or career advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. The people who appear in the course do so as educators, not as your doctors or therapists.
10.2. If you are in crisis or at risk, contact emergency services immediately. In Mexico and the United States, call 911. In the United States, you can also call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
10.3. No guaranteed results. We do not promise any particular outcome, including a job, income, grades, relationships, or wellbeing. What you get from the course depends on you. Any testimonials are individual experiences, not typical or guaranteed results.
10.4. You decide how to apply what you learn and remain responsible for your own choices, health, and safety.
10.5. Your reflections. Some exercises invite you to write personal reflections. Writing them is optional, and you can complete the course without saving any. Reflections are saved only if you give the separate express consent described in our Privacy Notice, and only so you can see them again in the course. They are not reviewed as part of any therapy or professional service, and they are not a way to ask for help: we do not promise to read or answer them. If you are in crisis, use the contacts in Section 10.2. You can withdraw your consent and have your reflections deleted at any time, as explained in our Privacy Notice.
11. How the Service is provided
11.1. We work hard to keep the Service available and accurate. Still, to the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that every piece of content will always be complete or current, and we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11.2. We are not responsible for services we do not control, such as your internet connection or device, payment networks, or outages at third-party providers.
11.3. Nothing in this section removes the rights you have under consumer protection law, including your right to receive the course as it was offered to you.
12. Who we are
The Antizombie course and the IgniteYou learning platform are offered by IgniteYou (operated by Bernardo Pérez Vázquez), an individual (persona física) doing business in Mexico under the names "IgniteYou" and "Antizombie," RFC PEVB850123UD5, with address at Fuente de las Cibeles M9 L4, Iguazú 101, Residencial Aqua, C.P. 77560, Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico ("we," "us," "our," or the "Seller").
You can reach us by email at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +1 (713) 330-3367 (WhatsApp support only, no calls). These are our channels for notices, complaints, refund requests, and personal-data requests (Section 20.2).
"You" or the "Buyer" means the person who completes the purchase. A "Seat Holder" is any person who uses a seat you bought. "Service" means the Antizombie course, the platform, and related materials and community spaces.

14. Limits on our liability
14.1. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, income, data, or opportunities.
14.2. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims related to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.
14.3. If any part of this section cannot be enforced, our liability is limited to the greatest extent the applicable law permits.
14.4. These limits do not apply to liability for fraud or intentional misconduct, harm to life or health, or anything else that the law does not allow to be limited, including compensation that Mexican consumer law requires.
15. Your responsibility for misuse
You agree to compensate us for losses, damages, and reasonable legal costs caused by your own breach of Sections 4, 6, or 7, your unlawful use of the Service, content you submit that infringes someone else's rights, or fraud by you, including fraudulent chargebacks.
16. Privacy and security
16.1. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice at https://igniteyou.online/en/privacy, which forms part of these Terms. For buyers in Mexico we act as the data controller (responsable) under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
16.2. Payments: Stripe and PayPal process payments, and we never store your full card number.
16.3. Security: our website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures consistent with industry standards to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16.4. If a security incident significantly affects your rights, we will tell you promptly so you can protect yourself, as the law requires.
16.5. Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.
16.6. You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
17. Changes
17.1. Prices and promotions. We may change, start, or end prices, plans, launch prices, and Family-plan extra-seat prices at any time for purchases not yet completed; a change takes effect when it is published on our website. Promotions and discount codes follow Section 3.6. Changes never affect a completed purchase (Section 17.3).
17.2. The course. The course is a living program. We may update, improve, reorder, replace, add, or remove lessons, videos, exercises, features, and tools at any time, without prior notice, to keep it current, accurate, lawful, and secure.
17.3. Your order is protected. Changes never alter the price, seats, or access period of an order you have already paid for. The price and plan shown at your checkout govern your order.
17.4. Your core content is protected. Changes will not remove or materially reduce the core content of the program you bought (Section 3.2). If we ever must, for example because the law requires it or a licensor withdraws rights, we will offer you substantially equivalent content or a prorated refund, at your choice.
17.5. Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. Changes apply only from their effective date onward. We will post the new version at least 15 days before it takes effect and email active buyers about material changes. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the new version. If you don't accept a material change, you may stop using the Service. If the change materially reduces your rights, you may ask for a prorated refund within 30 days of our notice. Changes required by law or for security reasons may take effect immediately.
17.6. If the course closes permanently. If we, or our successor, stop offering the Antizombie course permanently, including because of bankruptcy, concurso mercantil, or another insolvency proceeding, your access ends on the closure date. Before then:
- we will tell you by email and on the platform at least 90 days before your access ends (in an insolvency proceeding, as far ahead as reasonably possible); and
- you may download your own exercise answers and saved reflections, and a personal-use PDF of the core module worksheets.
Because the course is sold for a one-time payment, no refund is due when the course closes permanently, except that if you bought within the 90 days before we announce the closure, we will refund the unused share of one year: the share is calculated over 12 months from your purchase date to the closure date (for example, if access ends 2 months after you bought, you receive 10/12 of what you paid). This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
17.7. How prorated refunds are calculated. Where Section 17.4 or 17.5 gives you a prorated refund, the unused share of your purchase is calculated over 36 months from your purchase date: for example, if the change takes effect 12 months after you bought, you receive 24/36 of what you paid. After 36 months no prorated refund is due.
18. Suspension and termination
18.1. We may suspend or end a seat or account, immediately when reasonably necessary, if we reasonably believe that you:
- breached Section 4 (license), Section 6 (confidentiality), or Section 7 (conduct);
- gave false information about your age or identity;
- committed fraud, including a fraudulent chargeback;
- used the Service unlawfully; or
- created a legal or security risk for us or other members.
18.2. If we end access because of a serious breach by you, no refund is due for the affected seats.
18.3. We will tell you the reason by email unless the law, an investigation, or security prevents it. You may reply within 10 business days to contest our decision. If we suspended you by mistake, we will restore your access and add the lost time back.
18.4. You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds are governed by Section 9.
18.5. Sections 5, 6, 10, 11, 14, 15, 19, and 22 continue to apply after your access ends.
19. Disputes and governing law
19.1. Let's talk first (optional). If something goes wrong, please write to [email protected] with your order number and a description of the problem. We will reply within 10 business days and try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. This step is voluntary. You may go to PROFECO or to court at any time.
19.2. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
19.3. Courts. Disputes will be decided by the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
19.4. PROFECO. If you are a consumer in Mexico, you may always file a complaint with, and use the conciliation services of, the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (PROFECO), https://www.profeco.gob.mx. Nothing in these Terms waives your rights under Mexican consumer protection law.
19.5. Buyers outside Mexico. If the law of your country gives you consumer protections or the right to bring a claim at home, and those rights cannot be waived by contract, they still apply to you.
19.6. Time to bring a claim. You have the full time the law gives you.
20. Electronic communications and notices
20.1. You agree that we may give you the contract, receipts, notices, and other communications electronically (by email, on the platform, or on our website), and that they count as "in writing." Please keep your email address up to date.
20.2. Channel for notices. Notices, complaints, refund requests, and personal-data requests to us should be sent to [email protected]. For support you can also message us on WhatsApp at +1 (713) 330-3367 (messages only, no calls). We send notices to you at the email address in your account.
20.3. When notices take effect. You and we agree that notices sent by email to the addresses in Section 20.2 have full legal effect and count as received on the next business day after they are sent.
20.4. This section does not limit your right to go to PROFECO or to court at any time (Section 19).
21. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, hurricanes, epidemics, war, government action, power or internet outages, cyberattacks despite reasonable safeguards, or failures of third-party platforms. If such an event blocks access for more than 30 consecutive days, we will extend your access period by the same amount of time.
22. General terms
22.1. Severability. If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be treated as not written or limited to the extent necessary, and the rest of these Terms stays in effect.
22.2. Entire agreement. These Terms, your order summary, and our Privacy Notice are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
22.3. Transfer. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer these Terms to a company we control or form, or to a buyer of the business, with notice to you, as long as your rights are not reduced.
22.4. No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not given it up.
22.5. Lawful use. You may not use the Service where the law prohibits it.
23. Language
These Terms are available in English and Spanish (https://igniteyou.online/es/terms). If you are a consumer in Mexico, the Spanish version governs. For everyone else, if the two versions differ, the English version governs.
